Wideband Vibration Measurement and Evaluation System

A vibration measurement system equipped with a variety of standard judgment functions that responds to ultrasonic vibrations.

The VIT-200R is a measurement unit capable of analyzing and determining wideband vibrations up to 200 kHz. In addition to 2-channel piezo vibration sensor inputs, it has 2 channels of analog signal input, allowing for complex judgments (software customization). It can be applied in various fields such as detecting abnormalities and precursors in equipment, measuring the condition of structures, and determining the results of manufacturing processes. The procedure for using the standard functions is as follows: 1. Connect to a PC and acquire vibration data in multiple patterns. 2. Perform judgment simulations on the PC while changing the judgment mode and judgment values. 3. Write the determined judgment values and measurement trigger conditions to the VIT-200R. 4. Measurement and judgment results are output each time a trigger occurs. 5. The VIT-200R main unit outputs error judgment relay signals, while the PC receives waveform data and judgment results. 6. The PC retains the measurement data and judgment results from each measurement. The judgment modes include peak value judgment, area value judgment, and frequency component value judgment. The trigger modes can be set to periodic time from the PC, contact input, Ethernet packet, or delay time. It can also be used as a vibration data acquisition and viewing system.

Detecting invisible "anomalies" in production equipment and products! 【Abnormal Noise and Vibration Detection System】

It can detect abnormalities that cannot be found with X-rays or images! It can also identify equipment abnormalities, conduct product inspections, and assess the hardness of meat. A system with 40 years of proven results and trust.

As automation advances in production equipment abnormalities and product inspections, "visual" assessments using X-rays and images are generally well-known. However, the "sensory inspection" methods, such as auditory and tactile assessments—traditionally performed by skilled technicians—based on "sound and vibration" seem to be less recognized. At Elmek, which has over 40 years of experience in the automation and development of assessment systems using "sound and vibration," we offer measurement and assessment systems capable of addressing various cases, utilizing our analytical know-how built on extensive experience and long-standing technology. 【Case Examples】 ■ Production Equipment Abnormality Monitoring: Detecting abnormalities in real-time, 24/7 ■ Smart Audit Device IoT: Automatic notification to responsible personnel when an anomaly occurs ■ Meat Hard Bone Contamination Assessment: Hard bones during meat processing can also be detected through sound and vibration ■ Engine Comprehensive NVH Assessment: A trusted system active worldwide ■ AI Sound and Vibration Assessment System: Easy recording with the newly developed impact sound inspection tool, with AI sound and vibration assessment on-site If you find our catalog or materials helpful in solving your challenges, please feel free to contact us for inquiries or consultations.
